Recipes Chicken Krengsengan


Ingredients:
4 pieces of chicken thighs, cut into pieces, fried half-baked
2 cm galangal, crushed
2 bay leaves
5 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon shrimp paste
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
400 ml of water
frying oil
Spices:
8 red onions
4 cloves of garlic
4 large red chilies
2 pieces of red chili
2 cm ginger
1 tomato

How to make:
1. Heat the oil. Saute ground spices, galangal, and bay leaves until fragrant.
2. Pour water, give soy sauce, shrimp paste, salt, and pepper.
3. Add chicken, and cook until sauce shrink and spices to infuse.
4. Remove and serve.
