Recipes Porridge Rang Rang (Yogyakarta)

Porridge ingredients:
100 g white glutinous rice, soaked overnight
100 g brown sugar, comb
1/2 tsp salt
1 sheet of pandan leaves
1 liter of coconut milk diluted
Sauce Ingredients:
300 ml thick coconut milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 sheet of pandan leaves

How to make:
1. Porridge: Cook the glutinous white rice and 750 ml thin coconut milk to become soft. Meanwhile, cook the remaining coconut milk and brown sugar until sugar is dissolved, remove from heat, strain. Enter the solution of brown sugar, salt, and pandan leaves into porridge, cook again, stirring, stirring until thickened. Lift.
2. Sauce: Mix all sauce ingredients, cook until boiling, stirring, stirring. Remove and set aside.
3. Serve porridge with sauce.
