Recipes Eclair

Ingredients:
50 g margarine
125 ml of water
75 g flour
2 eggs
100 g dark cooking chocolate, melted
50 g white cooking chocolate, melted
Custard ingredients:
250 ml milk
40 g sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 tsp vanilla esense

How to make:
1. Custard filling: Mix the cornstarch and 75 ml of liquid milk and stir well. Boil rest of the milk and sugar to the boil. Reduce the heat, grab a ladle batter, mix the egg yolks and stir well. Enter again, stir. Pour the cornstarch solution, stir, and cook until boiling and thickened. Esense Add vanilla and stir well. Remove and set aside.
2. Enter the margarine and water into a saucepan, melt margarine hinga cook.
3. Add the flour little by little while stirring.
4. Cook until cooked, remove from heat, allow it to warm.
5. Add eggs and stir.
6. Put it in a plastic triangle that eventually those given syringe star / shells.
7. Prepare a baking sheet that has been spread with margarine. Spray the dough long form.
8. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes until cooked.
9. Remove and allow to cool.
10. Take an eclair, fill with custard. Dip them in melted dark chocolate and ripe with a streak of white cooking chocolate melted on it.
11. Repeat step 10 for the other eclair.
12. Serve.
