Recipes Button Mushroom Crisps

Ingredients:
200 g button mushrooms, thinly sliced
2 eggs, beaten off, put a little salt
oil for frying
Coating materials: (stir well)
100 g of rice flour
20 g flour
20 g tapioca flour
1 tsp chicken bouillon powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp baking powder

How to make:
1. Take a handful of sliced ​​button mushrooms, put in the eggs, stir.
2. Move the button mushrooms into the coating material, and stir until blended.
3. Heat oil, fry mushrooms until dry and overcooked.
4. Remove and drain.
5. Repeat steps 1 through 5 until the mushroom runs out.
6. Re fried mushrooms over low heat until completely dry.
7. Remove and drain, let cool, store in an airtight container.
