Recipes Fried Shredded Beef Bread Topping

Ingredients:
200 g flour
2 tsp instant yeast
40 g sugar
1 egg yolk
120 ml of water
25 ml of vegetable oil
1/4 tsp salt
Topping ingredients:
5 tbsp mayonnaise
100 g shredded beef

How to make:
1. Mix the flour, yeast, and sugar. Stir well.
2. Enter the egg yolks and water little by little while diuleni until smooth.
3. Add salt and vegetable oil, knead again until elastic. Let stand for 30 minutes.
4. Dough, divide it into 15 parts, flat round shape. Let stand for 25 minutes.
5. Heat oil, fry both sides until cooked and lightly browned.
6. Remove and drain, let cool.
7. Take a fry bread, rub the surface with mayonnaise, then sprinkle with shredded beef.
8. Repeat step No. 7 to all the fried bread and topping up.
9. Serve.
