Recipes Jackfruit pulp Marrow


Ingredients:
100 g of rice flour
1 liter of coconut milk diluted
4 pieces of lime leaves, discard the bones leaves
2 tsp salt
150 g jackfruit cooked, diced small
Ingredients sauce:
200 g brown sugar
400 ml of water
1/2 tsp salt

How to make:
1. Sauce: Mix all sauce ingredients, boiled until boiling. Remove and set aside.
2. Mix the rice flour, coconut milk diluted, lime leaves, and salt. Stir well.
3. Cook over low heat, stirring until boiling and thickened.
4. Enter the jackfruit, stir, remove from heat.
5. Presentation: Take a serving bowl, put 5 tablespoons pureed, pour the broth. Serve.
