Ingredients:
200 g oyster mushrooms, roughly chopped
1 piece of chicken sausage, roughly chopped
1 egg, beaten off
50 ml of water
150 g flour
2 tbsp rice flour
2 tbsp tapioca flour
1/4 onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 piece of chili pepper, thinly sliced
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp sugar
oil for frying
How to make:
1. Mix all ingredients, except oil. Stir well.
2. Heat oil, take one ladle batter, fry until cooked and golden browned.
3. Repeat until the dough runs out.
4. Remove, drain and serve as a complement with tomato sauce and chili sauce.
